Our next event will be the summer rendezvous June 13-14, 2025 in Alto NM. Join us today with an annual or lifetime membership to stay up to date with the latest in NM trapping news.
To facilitate quicker check-in and a faster, more efficient sale the NMTA has changed the check-in process. Each trapper will get 3 lots for bobcats, 2 lots for coyotes, and 1 lot for each other species at check-in. If you would like to separate your cats and coyotes (or other species) into more lots than this there will be a flat fee of $10 per lot above the limit (payment due at check-in - this payment cannot be taken out of your fur check). For example, a trapper who has 4 bobcats and would like them lotted individually will be charged $10 at check-in because they want 4 bobcat lots (1 over the limit of 3). If you would like assistance in lotting your fur we will do our best to help you get the highest amount for your hard work! Just ask and we will help however we can at check-in. Our goal is to provide the best sale for our members and get your fur check to you ASAP.
In addition, memberships must be purchased before check-in for the discounted commission. Membership dues cannot be taken out of your fur check. Memberships may be purchased on-site or online before check-in.
